I'm a cognitive coach and speech-language pathologist who helps adults develop practical strategies for focus, memory, organization, and daily life. My interest in cognitive functioning isn't just professional—it's personal.

As someone who is neurodivergent, I've experienced many of the same challenges my clients face: difficulty with focus, organization, remembering important details, managing responsibilities, and keeping up with the demands of daily life.

For years, I searched for strategies that actually worked. Along the way, I learned that success wasn't about trying harder—it was about understanding how my brain works and building systems that support it. That experience continues to shape how I approach coaching today.

I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience supporting adults with a wide range of cognitive and communication challenges. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals navigating difficulties related to memory, attention, executive functioning, problem-solving, communication, and daily independence. This clinical background provides a unique foundation for cognitive coaching and informs the practical, evidence-informed strategies I use with clients.

I believe people are more successful when they build systems around their strengths rather than constantly fighting their challenges. There is no perfect planner, app, routine, or productivity system that works for everyone.

My goal isn't to help you become someone else. It's to help you discover strategies that fit your unique brain, lifestyle, and goals.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, practical, collaborative, and down-to-earth. My coaching style combines encouragement and accountability.  Together, we'll experiment, adjust, and build practical solutions that work in real life—not just on paper.

When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and cats, tackling a home project, experimenting in the kitchen, or learning something new.
